How to do weekly jowls cycling in your regular routine:  Treat, Recover,  Refresh, Massage, Repeat.  

Night 1: Treat
Use the Banisher 3.0 with Banish Serum to support smoother texture and firmer-looking skin over time.

Night 2: Recover
Keep it simple with hydrating, non irritating skincare.

Night 3: Refresh
Use the Pumpkin Enzyme Masque after cleansing to help smooth dull, rough-looking skin. 

Night 4: Massage
Use the lymphatic contouring brush with light pressure to massage the lower face and help it look less puffy and more refreshed.  Apply your skincare afterwards. 

Repeat the cycle next week! 

Skip the Banisher 3.0 for one cycle if skin is sensitive or not used to microneedling
